At Relivia, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a 30-day return window to ensure you have time to try your purchase.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to assist you through the return or refund process.


CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel or request changes to your order within 24 hours of placing it.

After this period, your order may already be processing or dispatched, and we may no longer be able to modify or cancel it.

If your order is successfully canceled within the 24-hour window, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.


RETURNS AND REFUNDS

30-Day Return Window

If you are not satisfied with your purchase after giving the product a fair try, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Please note that excessive wear, misuse, or physical damage may result in partial refunds or ineligibility.

Standard Return Conditions

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that meet the following criteria:

  • Unused or in lightly used condition
  • Returned in original packaging
  • Free from visible damage or excessive wear

Returns that do not meet these standards or are submitted without prior approval may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price.


HYGIENE & SAFETY POLICY

Due to the personal nature of foot care devices, returned products must be cleaned and sanitized before being sent back.

Items showing unsanitary conditions, bodily contamination, or misuse may be refused or partially refunded at our discretion.


RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, contact us at support@getrelivia.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief explanation of the reason for the return
  • A photo or short video clearly showing the item’s condition

All returns must be approved by our team before they are shipped back to us. Items sent without prior authorization may not be accepted or refunded.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

International return shipping costs may vary and can be significant.

Due to current global events, return shipping and delivery times may take longer than usual.

Refunds are only issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.


DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

To report a damaged item, please email support@getrelivia.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo or video showing the issue

Please note: cosmetic packaging damage that does not affect the product itself does not qualify as product damage.


SHIPPING ISSUES

While we strive to ship all orders promptly and reliably, delays may occur due to customs, postal services, weather, or other unforeseen events.

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we recommend checking with neighbours, safe locations, or your local delivery office.

We will assist in resolving delivery issues where possible.


REFUND TIMELINE

Once your return is received and inspected, please allow:

  • Up to 10 business days for inspection

After approval, refunds may take up to 5–7 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank.

Refunds will be issued in USD ($). Relivia is not responsible for exchange rate differences or bank processing fees.

In some cases, a partial refund may be offered as an alternative to returning the item.


WARRANTY LIMITATION

Relivia products are covered by a limited 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

Our liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the original purchase price, at our discretion.

Relivia products are intended for general wellness and comfort purposes only.

Our products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition, including plantar fasciitis.

Customers experiencing persistent or severe medical symptoms should consult a qualified healthcare professional.


PRODUCT USE & SAFETY DISCLAIMER

Customers are responsible for using the product according to the instructions provided.

Relivia is not responsible for injuries, burns, discomfort, or other issues caused by improper use, excessive heat settings, or failure to follow safety guidelines.


FRAUD & CHARGEBACK PROTECTION

To protect against fraud, we verify all billing and shipping details.

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel any order that appears suspicious
  • Request additional verification before processing an order
  • Dispute fraudulent chargebacks with supporting documentation

Customers who initiate unjustified chargebacks may be restricted from making future purchases.
